Sketchabilities February Sketch Challenge

Good morning!  I am almost ready for work but I thought I would share what I got up to last night.  Last month White with One teamed up with Sketchabilities so this month I though I would give their challenge a go as I love their sketches.  This month it looks like that:

I am a very literal when it comes to some sketches as you can see here, but I really like how it turned out!  This is my son's first day at Kindergarten earlier this week.  Thank you for checking it out :)

123 Challenge Blog February Challenge

I have a day filled with mojo and I have been scrapping up a storm.  When I read that the word for this month in the 123 Challenge was duo I decided I could use one of the pictures of my boys that I took on Monday of this week for the start of school.  But firstly this is what the challenge is this month:



This is my layout:

Colour:  I have used all the primary colours washi tape, plus a yellow flair button, a red Charm's Creation Heavenly Heart and a blue felt doily.

Word:  My title is Duo of School Boys
Technique:  The top layer of material on the Heavenly Heart is a glitter material

Kraft + February Challenge

A couple of weeks ago on Facebook I found out about a new challenge blog starting up called Kraft +.   I had to check it out because Kraft is such a cool background and I love a good challenge.  They put out their first challenge this month and it looks like this:

D-lish Scraps February Challenge

Good afternoon!!

I have a lovely post lady and she brings me lots of exciting goodies and today I started the day by receiving the just add paper kit from D-lish Scraps for February.  Oh my, what gorgeousness it contains!! So I started on my layout almost straight away.  This is the mood board for this month:  




This is my layout:

I had so much fun with this and used heaps of stuff from the kit including the flair buttons, tutu flower, the little silver seahorse, the star fish and the hand dyed muslin.  Thanks so much for taking a look :)

Charm's Creations

Hi - so if you have ever looked at my blog, then you would know I am obsessed with Charm's Creations embellishments so when Charm set a challenge to create a layout using a map marker and including the location I had to get on to it!  This is what I created:

Scrap the Girls January Challenge!

Good evening all!!

I have spent the evening scrapping and one of my layout is for the Scrap the Girls January Challenge.  This is the sketch:  



I had to rotate the sketch to fit with my photograph, so I turned it to the right so that the tags were at the bottom of my page.  I had to re-orientate the title work in with my sketch but I think it came out alright:

Hi all!  I hope you had a good Wednesday.  It was a long day at work with me and I have been excited to share this post with you.  I love White with 1 as I find I always fall in love with the inspiration their creative team present each month and this month they have teamed up with Sketchabilities to add a fantastic sketch to the mix. I am really pleased with how this layout turned out.  I have included lots of lovely embellishments from Charm's Creations (Heavenly Heart), D-lish Scraps (felt doily, small doily, chipboard arrow), The Scrapper's Garden (flower) and Flutterby Designs (flair button).  Thank you for checking it out!
